The journey used if the customer is at home, buying from a web site with no interaction from the retailer's staff.
The journey when the customer is in a shop and the order is initiated from either an EPOS system or the V12 Admin Site. This process assumes the retailer will complete most of the process, with a handover to the customer for signature.
The application is created by the retailer, generally from the V12 admin site and a link is emailed to the customer to complete at home.
